Norfolk Saffron is consistently graded at ISO 3632 category I (the best international grade). We are now selling the new-season crop (harvested in Oct/Nov/Dec 2024 and best before Nov 2026). Saffron grade: Category I, colouring strength = [waiting for 2024 test results].
