Norfolk Saffron is consistently graded at ISO 3632 category I (the best international grade). We are now selling the new-season crop (harvested in Oct/Nov 2023 and best before Nov 2025). Saffron grade: Category I, colouring strength = 254.3.


We recommend that Norfolk Saffron is crumbled/ground, then infused for best results. Please visit our usage and recipes pages.
